QSD and QSP Services
Mr. Jeffrey C. Heden, PE, has attended the formal 24 hour training, taken both the QSP and QSD tests and received both his QSD and QSP certifications from the State of California.
He can prepare and implement both Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and Water Pollution Control Plans (WPCPs) for both design and construction phase projects. He is authorized to select the Best Management Practices (BMPs), Construction Monitoring Programs and Sampling Programs, including all Locations for Sampling.
QSPs implement the SWPPPs that the QSDs prepare.
