WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE DO For over 45 years Jeffrey C. Heden, PE has delivered a unique range of water, wastewater, hydraulics and civil engineering projects for public and private clients throughout the United States. He attended undergraduate school at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and graduate school at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO.

Clients included the U. S. Bureau of Reclamation, the U. S. Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service, the City of San Diego, California, The City of Seattle, Washington, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Rainbow Municipal Water District, City of San Juan Capistrano, Park City Municipal Corporation, Deer Valley Resort, Mammoth Equities and Sun City West Development Corporation. Mr. Heden has worked for a wide range of consultants, from smaller local firms specializing in ski area development to growing multi-service regional firms and industry-leading world-wide water and wastewater planning, design and construction firms.
