Project Manager and Lead Designer for the 16-inch and 12-inch High Pressure (250 PSI) Welded Steel Potable Water Pipeline Designed to be Installed Through the Longitudinal Cells of a New State Route 76 Overcrossing Structure Over Interstate 15 near Fallbrook, California. The work Included the Installation of Seismic Valves on Each Side of the New Overcrossing's Abutment Walls, Concrete Support Blocks That Allowed Longidutidal Movement of the Pipe Casing and Specialized Designs to Counter Pipeline Creep from Vibrations Due to Traffic Passing Overhead on the New Overcrossing Roadway Deck.
