For more than 45 years, Jeffrey C. Heden, P.E. has provided senior-level planning, design, project management, and technical leadership for water, wastewater, hydraulic, and civil-infrastructure projects.

Jeffrey C. Heden, P.E. brings more than 45 years of experience in water, wastewater, hydraulics, and civil infrastructure. His expertise includes large-diameter pipelines, booster and lift stations, hydraulic modeling, water-resources planning, trenchless construction, and value engineering.
He has served federal, state, municipal, special-district, and private clients throughout the western United States.
Mr. Heden holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and completed graduate studies in Civil Engineering at Colorado State University. He is President of J. C. Heden and Associates, LLC and Associate Faculty in the Design Department at MiraCosta Community College.

Large-Diameter Water ConveyanceLed or supported major water-conveyance projects including the Olivenhain Pipelines Project, the 102-inch San Vicente Pipeline and Surge Control Facility, and the Orange County Groundwater Replenishment Pipeline.
Pump and Lift StationsDesigned high-capacity potable-water booster pump stations and wastewater lift stations, including the Avenue 48 Booster Station for the City of Coachella and Otay Water District Pump Station 1485-1.
Trenchless Pipeline SolutionsProvided design leadership for microtunneling, horizontal directional drilling, and pipeline rehabilitation projects, including Rainbow Water District’s Line Q3 Fusible PVC Slipline project.
