Jeffrey C. Heden, P.E. brings more than 45 years of experience in water, wastewater, hydraulics, and civil infrastructure. His expertise includes large-diameter pipelines, booster and lift stations, hydraulic modeling, water-resources planning, trenchless construction, and value engineering.
He has served federal, state, municipal, special-district, and private clients throughout the western United States.
Mr. Heden holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and completed graduate studies in Civil Engineering at Colorado State University. He is President of J. C. Heden and Associates, LLC and Associate Faculty in the Design Department at MiraCosta Community College.
